Delivery of Stock Items
Delivery to UK or EU
- Delivery is charged at a fixed rate of €7.95 for each stock order .
- We offer tracked deliveries with access to online track and trace. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day
- If you would like to collect from Bunjee.ie at Strand Road, Duncannon in Co.Wexford – please chose 'Pickup from Store' option on checkout and contact Sarah to arrange collection by emailing email@example.com
- Delivery is charged at a fixed rate of €7.95 per box per balloon/balloon bunch. If you require multiple orders for balloon in a box please process each order individually or contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to process the order.
- We only deliver balloons via courier in a box. No delivery of inflated balloons for events. You can collect your inflated balloon order 7 days a week at any time. We are flexible on collection times. Our office is located on Strand Road in Duncannon. Which is just opposite the entrance to the beach and in the office upstairs above 'Off The Hook' takeaway. Delivery to UK or EU is once more dependent on parcel size. Please contact us for a quote.
*Please note - Inflated balloons can not be returned
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 14 days for a prompt refund or exchange.
If an item arrives damaged or we have supplied you with the incorrect product, we will apologise profusely and arrange a replacement to be sent out, we will cover the costs of your return postage.
Our returns policy does not apply to items purchased at sale prices. All sale items are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty.
If after your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order or if you change your mind once the items arrive, you will need to send them back in to us. The cost of returns are at your own expense. When the goods are received back in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and we will refund you for the items.
Please fill out the 'Returns' form to submit a return claim number. Returns without a number will be rejected.
Parcel up your goods and return them with the original documentation. Write the returns number on the outside of the parcel. You are required to ensure that any goods being returned are safely and securely packaged in the original packaging to ensure that they are returned undamaged and suitable for re-sale. We reserve the right to charge you for any goods which we are unable to re-sell. Please send your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
Make a note within the parcel detailing whether you would like a refund or replacement. Please allow up to 21 days for a refund. Please allow 10 days for a replacement.
